This policy explains refunds and cancellations for Premium subscriptions to Fretsy.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account / customer portal. Cancelling stops all future renewal charges. Your Premium access continues until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Because you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges — and because a free tier is available so you can try Fretsy before subscribing — payments already made are non-refundable, including for any unused portion of a billing period after you cancel.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Any refund required by law, or granted at our discretion, is issued through LemonSqueezy to your original payment method. LemonSqueezy’s own terms also apply to your purchase.
